LOYAL - Small Cake Dowels - Heavy Duty - 12 inch - Pack of 10
These heavy-duty plastic cake dowels have been specially engineered to hold weight, giving you peace of mind when stacking tiered cakes and supporting taller cakes.
These cake dowels have been designed to let the cake pass through the middle of them instead of compressing the cake like some other brands.
Measurements (approx.): 300mm x 8mm
How to use:
After you've iced all of your individual tiers, it is time to build your internal support structure.
Insert your first dowel into the cake down to the base board. Mark the height of your cake on the dowel & remove.
Cut dowel on the mark using. Use this dowel as a guide & cut the remaining dowels to the same length.
Insert a minimum of 4 dowels evenly ensuring you do not space them wider than the tier above.
Stack cakes as required using your trimmed dowels to support your cake tiers sliding.

Special Order Products - Much like our service in store, if you would like to purchase something that is not currently in stock you can do so. We provide special order on products such as cake bases, bulk packets of products and more. To order a Special Order Product you can complete the check out process in the same way as you would with products currently in stock, we will send you an email as soon as the product arrives in store and is ready to be collected (or shipped out to you).

Whilst we are happy to deliver your order to your home or workplace, we do recommend that some products are collected in store only due to their fragile nature (items such as sugar flowers and figurines), further information on this can be found in their product information, but by ordering these items for delivery you are accepting responsibility for any damages.
Returns

If an item was not what you expected or you simply changed your mind, Sugar & Ice are happy to credit your account on return of the item, providing it is unused/new and is still encased in its original packaging, allowing for the Company to stay well within Food Hygiene and Safety guidelines. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt, and return the item within 14 days of notification. Perishable goods (e.g. sponge bases and edible goods) and any personalised items cannot be returned and refunded unless faulty. It is not usual to accept returns on any edible goods unless faulty, as it is not good food hygiene practice to offer edibles for resale oncer they have been sold and returned.
