Massa Ticino is a highly sought after sugarpaste with exceptional quality. It is a perfect choice for covering cakes due to it's high elasticity, will not rip or crack whilst being used, and will smooth to a perfect finish with a crisp shell.
Massa Ticino is available in a range of vibrant colours, and are carefully manufactured with only natural ingredients. This means the range are all AZO-dye free, free from dairy, gluten and cholesterol and are vegan-friendly
The Tropic formula can be used in any climate but holds up particularly well in very hot and humid environments. This paste is the same colour as the Bride White available in smaller sizes so you get a bright, crisp colour.
SHIPPING - PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer a refund for any tub that is cracked or damaged in transit. Whilst the utmost care is taken to ensure the product is well packaged, please be aware that we are not responsible for any damages incurred in transit and that you are ordering at your own risk. The sugarpaste is fully sealed inside the tub so any cracks in the packaging will not affect it. This policy is inline with other online retailers.

Please note that this product does, in fact, contain E numbers, these are all from natural sources. Most food ingredients have an E number designation (for example Isomalt. the natural sugar substitute, is E953), but this doesn't necessarily mean that the ingredient is bad for you, or from artificial origin.
Due to the large size, the outer casing may crack or damage in transit. This will not impact the goods within in any way, as they are separately sealed inside.

Sugar, glucose syrup*, water, hydrogenated vegetable fat (palm kernel), gelling agents: tragacanth E413, vegetable oil (sunflower), humectant: glycerol E422, acid: citric acid E330, flavouring
Only RSPO SG palm oil is used in Massa Ticino Sugarpaste.
* The glucose syrup on the ingredients is processed so the gluten has been removed. Glucose, glucose syrup, caramel colour, dextrose and monosodium glutamate are derived from wheat but are gluten-free and can be included in a gluten-free diet.

Special Order Products - Much like our service in store, if you would like to purchase something that is not currently in stock you can do so. We provide special order on products such as cake bases, bulk packets of products and more. To order a Special Order Product you can complete the check out process in the same way as you would with products currently in stock, we will send you an email as soon as the product arrives in store and is ready to be collected (or shipped out to you).

Whilst we are happy to deliver your order to your home or workplace, we do recommend that some products are collected in store only due to their fragile nature (items such as sugar flowers and figurines), further information on this can be found in their product information, but by ordering these items for delivery you are accepting responsibility for any damages.
Returns

If an item was not what you expected or you simply changed your mind, Sugar & Ice are happy to credit your account on return of the item, providing it is unused/new and is still encased in its original packaging, allowing for the Company to stay well within Food Hygiene and Safety guidelines. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt, and return the item within 14 days of notification. Perishable goods (e.g. sponge bases and edible goods) and any personalised items cannot be returned and refunded unless faulty. It is not usual to accept returns on any edible goods unless faulty, as it is not good food hygiene practice to offer edibles for resale oncer they have been sold and returned.
