Put down that ruler and craft knife and save yourself the hassle. These sharp cutting multicutters will make your life a piece of cake. Simply roll out your edible medium and press. The sharp cut also means that there is no hassle and you can be assured that your shapes will come out flawlessly each time.
Each cutter makes 10 tiles at a time, much quicker than doing it by hand - and easier. As the cutters are measured and made, you know they will all be of equal sizes and fit into each other. These cutters have been designed and tested by our own product engineers, so you know they are coming recommended by bakers like yourself.
Why not cut shapes from different coloured sugar paste to make vibrant designs, which you know will fit into each other. You can cover a whole cake, or even make a border, the possibilities are endless. You can even cover some of the biggest cakes quickly due to the 10 tiles being produced each time. For more elegant designs why not use pastel colours to decorate with. You could even use the lustre colours to really make them stand out. Why not make a honeycomb themed design.

Special Order Products - Much like our service in store, if you would like to purchase something that is not currently in stock you can do so. We provide special order on products such as cake bases, bulk packets of products and more. To order a Special Order Product you can complete the check out process in the same way as you would with products currently in stock, we will send you an email as soon as the product arrives in store and is ready to be collected (or shipped out to you).

Whilst we are happy to deliver your order to your home or workplace, we do recommend that some products are collected in store only due to their fragile nature (items such as sugar flowers and figurines), further information on this can be found in their product information, but by ordering these items for delivery you are accepting responsibility for any damages.
Returns

If an item was not what you expected or you simply changed your mind, Sugar & Ice are happy to credit your account on return of the item, providing it is unused/new and is still encased in its original packaging, allowing for the Company to stay well within Food Hygiene and Safety guidelines. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt, and return the item within 14 days of notification. Perishable goods (e.g. sponge bases and edible goods) and any personalised items cannot be returned and refunded unless faulty. It is not usual to accept returns on any edible goods unless faulty, as it is not good food hygiene practice to offer edibles for resale oncer they have been sold and returned.
