Polka Dot Cake Stencil
Discover a new way to add on trend patterns to cakes with the Polka Dot Stencil! Mesh Stencils from House of Cake are a great new way of applying icing designs to the top and sides of cakes. Spread royal icing with a palette knife across the stencil to apply the design to the cake. Remove excess icing with a scraper and slowly peel stencil away from the cake. For best results, the consistency of the royal icing should be thin enough so it drips slowly from the spoon. To achieve this, add water to thin the icing. For white patterns, add whitener to the royal icing to allow the pattern to stand out or use any shade from the Colour Splash Concentrated Food Colours range to colour the royal icing. For a metallic finish, use House of Cake Gold or Silver Writing Icing and spread through the stencil. Wash and dry the stencil between applications and after use. For repeat patterns, allow icing to dry before next application. Stencil measures 140 x 150mm.

Special Order Products - Much like our service in store, if you would like to purchase something that is not currently in stock you can do so. We provide special order on products such as cake bases, bulk packets of products and more. To order a Special Order Product you can complete the check out process in the same way as you would with products currently in stock, we will send you an email as soon as the product arrives in store and is ready to be collected (or shipped out to you).

Whilst we are happy to deliver your order to your home or workplace, we do recommend that some products are collected in store only due to their fragile nature (items such as sugar flowers and figurines), further information on this can be found in their product information, but by ordering these items for delivery you are accepting responsibility for any damages.
Returns

If an item was not what you expected or you simply changed your mind, Sugar & Ice are happy to credit your account on return of the item, providing it is unused/new and is still encased in its original packaging, allowing for the Company to stay well within Food Hygiene and Safety guidelines. Customers must contact us within 14 days of receipt, and return the item within 14 days of notification. Perishable goods (e.g. sponge bases and edible goods) and any personalised items cannot be returned and refunded unless faulty. It is not usual to accept returns on any edible goods unless faulty, as it is not good food hygiene practice to offer edibles for resale oncer they have been sold and returned.
